Our Team
MS. HANGWANI JACQUELINE KOKO
DIRECTOR & CEO
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Honours in Applied Mineralogy and MSc in Geohydrology from the University of the Free State. She has a vast experience in environmental consultancy and experienced in conducting and drafting of Environmental impact assessment reports, Conduct Groundwater pumping tests, Collection, analysis and interpretation of pumping test data using Flow Characterization (FC) Program, Mapping with ArcGIS and Knowledgeable in Environmental Laws Inc. (NEMA, MPRDA, NWA, OHS e.tc) and registered with EAPASA as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner. Affiliated with the following organisations: WISA, EAPASA & GSSA.
MR. KARABO KOKO
LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State and has vast experience in the legal field. Mr Koko offers legal advice on environmental health and safety laws. Due diligence, Risk identification, Assessment, Gap analysis and facilitates public participation and gives legal updates. Further to the above He also does all the Negotiating, Vetting, Assessing and Drafting of contracts entered with clients.
MR. KAMOKGELO KOKO
LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
Holds a Higher Certificate in Logistics and supply chain management from the Rosebank College and National diploma in Animal Production from the International Agricultural Academy for Africa (i3A). He has an experience in office administration and logistics; from assessing the equipment’s and materials requirements for the projects to providing advise and knowledge on the budget related to the projects.
MR. MOSES MALUNGISA MSITSINI
SPECIALIST CONSULTANT
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology & Geography and an Honours degree in Geohydrology from the University of the Free State. He is an expert in License and Permit mine application, GIS specialist, Geological Mapping, Mineral exploration, mine planning, and groundwater studies (exploration, drilling, monitoring and contamination studies).
